From vegan dorayaki and croissants to topokki and gimbap, food brands across Asia came together to showcase the diversity and creativity of plant-based cuisine. Lastly, Taiwan Vegan Frenzy, held annually since 2015, is one of the pioneers in promoting plant-based diet and animal welfare through market events.
