The mind behind these innovative dishes is executive chef Tim Hsu, who is also the chef behind the popular Michelin award-winning restaurant Little Tree (小小樹食) in Taipei, Taiwan. At Curious Table, Hsu puts a different spin on vegetarian food, infusing his dishes with elements from classic movies such as “Singin’ in the Rain,” “Lawrence of Arabia” and “City Lights.” During her visit, Aggie is also joined by the restaurant’s founder, who introduces each dish, explaining the hidden film references in their ingredients.
