The Italian chef at SUD moved to Taiwan to be with his wife who is Taiwanese, and he brought his family recipes with him! Today, the couple run a thriving vegetarian Italian restaurant, where they get to share their love of Italian food and a vegetarian lifestyle with customers from around the world. One thing that makes SUD unique is its ingredients: owners Jordan and Joanne make the restaurant’s pasta and gnocchi by hand and import many of their ingredients directly from Italy.
