Keelung Island is one of the northern islands of Taiwan, with a geography shaped by volcanic activities. Before 2001, Keelung Island was a restricted area serving military purposes; now it receives up to 1200 visitors per day with prior reservation. After repainting his boat for optimal speed, Leo, along with seasoned fisherman David, takes a tour around Keelung Island and tries his luck in catching some fish.
