Leo gets up super early to have a full glimpse of the Zhaori Hot Springs, from watching the sunrise, bathing in the hot springs, to boiling eggs with the volcanic spring water. Leo absolutely loves it. He then visits one of the first Han families to settle in Green Island. As he learns about some of the histories behind the fishing culture in Green Island, Leo also sees first-hand a traditional bonito grilling craft that is about to be lost.
