How an Old Business Survived the Pandemic
In May 2021, Taiwan went into its first CoVID-19 semi-lockdown. Dine-ins were not allowed, and this presented a brand new challenge for Three Coins, a 1-star Michelin restaurant. This short doucmentary spends 48 hours with this 51-year-old restuarant, observing how it manages to stick through a time of take-outs only.
