Government Agency Creates Safe Space for Kids in Image Revamp

Taiwan's Control Yuan, the division of the government responsible for auditing and investigating Taiwan's own government agencies, has created a child-friendly space to help young people feel at ease when making an appeal. The space, called the "Appeals Reception Room for Special Needs," is equipped with stuffed toys, drawings, snacks, and live fish — a big shift from the traditional impression of the investigation agency.
