Taipei Government to Cover 65% of Old Building Repair Costs in City
Taipei residents living in low-rise apartments older than 30 years can now apply for government subsidies to fund critical repairs. For repairs like structural fixes, pipe replacements and accessibility upgrades, the program covers up to 65% of costs for up to US$300,000 per building.
