Taipei City Planners To Tear Down Structurally Unsound ‘Sea-Sand Buildings’
Taipei officials are planning to demolish and renovate more of the city's “sea-sand buildings.” The move comes after the recent Hualien earthquake damaged structurally unsound buildings across the country.
