Keelung’s Ghost Festival is one of the biggest in Taiwan. It has 168 years of history. Besides parades, the locals would light up little houses and release them to the sea. On July 15th of the lunar calendar, there’s a worship ceremony. Leo attends the festival and has some connection with the ghosts.
