Introducing the video in Bopilao Historical Block, I started filming on the day of the full moon in Wanhua, one of Taipei’s oldest districts. I made my way to the famous and historic Lungshan Temple, where I observed locals praying and offering their thanks to the Gods. Afterwards, a short walk took me to a nearby night market and gave me the opportunity to sample some barbequed food and other snacks, along with Taiwan’s famous bubble tea. From there, I travelled to Da’an Park by taxi in order to get one of the best views of the full moon in the city. The following day, I tried two flavours of mooncakes from one of the most well-known shops, Taipei Leechi. Hopping over to the vibrant Dihua Street, where I soaked in various street processions and more atmosphere at the City God temple before finishing off the video at Ningxia Night Market. - Creator: Jason Billam I’m Jason from Cambridge, UK, and I've been travelling full-time creating content as a YouTuber since 2017. My desire to capture different ways of life on video has transported me to some of the world's most exciting and colourful countries, like India and Bangladesh. I've spent some time living in Malaysia and the Far East, and I tend to always be chasing the places that are vastly different from everything I know of. Whether that's venturing through the vast sand dunes of the Algerian Sahara, soaking in the nightlife of Latin America's vibrant streets, or visiting sacred Shia shrines in Iraq - learning and immersing myself in new cultures is what I live for.
