EVA Announces First Taoyuan-Delhi Direct Route
REPORTER:
Starting December, EVA will begin direct flights from Taiwan to India.
That makes EVA the only Taiwan-based airline to offer a direct India-Taiwan route. Flights will go directly from Taoyuan to Delhi five times a week, and bookings are already available. The new routes signal deepening Taiwan-India relations, especially in the tech sector, which have raised demand for more convenient travel options. EVA is also hoping to target passengers traveling between the US and India, by turning Taiwan into a convenient stopover destination and a gateway to more American and Asian cities.
