While life in much of the world is back to normal after the pandemic, Taiwan’s borders are still closed to most foreigners. The restrictions are beginning to wear thin for some. As Louise Watt reports, both the country’s tourism industry and Taiwanese who want to go abroad want borders to reopen as soon as possible.
