Increased Military Activity Around Taiwan in Days Following Han Kuang Drills

Taiwan’s defense ministry says Chinese military activity around the country has increased in the days following the annual Han Kuang Exercise. The ministry says it detected 20 Chinese military aircraft, seven naval vessels and six official ships operating near Taiwan between Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Fifteen of the aircraft came closer to Taiwan’s main island.
