Central Taiwan has undergone an internet slowdown as part of a simulated wartime scenario as the annual Han Kuang military exercise enters its second week. The test was part of Taiwan’s urban resilience exercise, designed to strengthen the country’s ability to respond to a potential crisis.

Military
