Greenpeace is warning that Taiwan must take stronger action to protect human rights in its distant-water fishing fleet, following the US State Department's latest Trafficking in Persons Report. The report placed Taiwan in the highest tier for combating trafficking, but highlighted concerns about the treatment of migrant workers.
