Taiwan Activist Honors Brother’s Legacy on 228 Memorial Day
Every year, activists in Taiwan hold a march to honor the victims of the 228 Incident. Cheng Tsing-hua has been organizing these marches for nearly a decade and has been honoring a legacy left behind by his brother and well-known democracy advocate Cheng Nan-jung.
