Han Kuang puts Taiwan’s Defense Capability to the Test
Taiwan’s annual war games, the Han Kuang military exercises, got underway on Monday. The games involve all branches of the military and are designed to test the country’s readiness for a potential invasion by China. In wet and windy weather, soldiers in chemical suits rehearsed rescuing wounded soldiers from the battlefield. The exercises continue throughout the week.
