Jenny heads to Cuckoo Bar in Tainan, Taiwan to see what makes co-owners Yu-hsuan and Xiao Ma two of the best bartenders in the world. Our host is in for a surprise when she arrives in Tainan (台南) to try the world’s third best martini at Cuckoo Bar. This Japanese take on a vodka martini is inspired by musician Ryuichi Sakamoto. Jenny samples the drink that earned the Cuckoo Bar team third place at the Elit Masters global cocktail competition world finals in Athens, Greece. Cuckoo Bar is located in the heart of Tainan in southern Taiwan, near the famous Chihkan Tower, a local remnant of the Dutch colonial period in Taiwan.
