Crafting a cheongsam, the traditional Chinese dress, is very complicated. Master tailor Chen Chung-hsin says it must perfectly fit the contours of a woman's body. Growing up in Taipei's Dadaocheng neighborhood, one of the city's oldest, Chen diligently served as an apprentice to his father from a young age. Chen has now been making cheongsams for over 50 years.
