Tu Chen-hao has been told he has spiritual hands. Tu, a hairdresser, also creates intricate paper offerings to ancestors and the gods in his free time. He cuts and folds joss paper into models of buildings and boats, to be floated and set alight as part of Keelung's famous annual Ghost Festival. Tu created the largest paper water lantern in Keelung's history.
