Former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte To Face ICC Trial
The International Criminal Court has confirmed all charges of crimes against humanity against former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte. Pre-trial judges said they had substantial grounds to believe Duterte had played a central role in killings that were part of his so-called "war on drugs."
