North Korea Says It's Tested Missile Armed With Cluster Bombs
North Korea’s state media has reported a series of military tests, including one of a ballistic missile fitted with a cluster bomb warhead. It also tested what was described as “special assets,” including an electromagnetic weapon system and carbon fiber bombs.
