Top US, China Diplomats Hold 'Constructive' Talks in Munich
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in Germany, holding talks both sides described as “positive and constructive.” The comments come ahead of an awaited April visit to China by US President Donald Trump.
