Japan's Foreign Minister Welcomes Dialogue With China
Japan’s Defense Minister spoke at the Munich Security Conference where he expressed a willingness for talks with China. Ties between Tokyo and Beijing have been strained since Japanese Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae said the country could take military action if China were to attack Taiwan.
