Millions of Americans have already voted ahead of the November 3 midterm elections, with control of Congress hanging in the balance. In Pennsylvania, a key battleground state, voters cited issues ranging from the cost of living to foreign policy and emerging technologies. Although not on the ballot, President Donald Trump remains a central figure in the campaign, holding rallies and urging supporters to get out and vote. The election has also faced legal and political controversy, with the administration raising disputes over mail-in ballots and candidate eligibility. With nearly 40 million early and postal votes cast, both parties are making their final push.
