Taiwanese badminton players have won two bronze medals at this year’s World Championships in India.

Chou Tien-Chen was knocked out of the men’s singles semi-finals by Japan’s Naraoka Kodai Saturday. But he performed well enough to walk away with his second-ever bronze medal in the championships. In the men’s doubles semi-final, the pair Lee Jhe-huei and Yang Po-hsuan also took home a bronze, matching the best performance by a Taiwanese men’s duo in the tournament’s history.
