Taiwan Warns Citizens Against Travel to Uganda After Entry Issues

Taiwan's foreign ministry is warning citizens to reconsider travel to Uganda after several Taiwanese were denied entry or had their passports seized. In one case, Ugandan immigration officials asked them to present Chinese passports, in line with Uganda's "one China" policy. The foreign ministry says no change to Uganda's entry policy has been reported and that it is seeking answers from the Ugandan government.
