Bloomberg: Taiwanese Smugglers Sent Restricted AI Chips Into China via Japan
Last week, Taiwan's authorities busted a smuggling ring that allegedly sent Nvidia AI chips into China, violating US restrictions. Bloomberg is reporting that the alleged smugglers planned to get the chips to China by funneling shipments through Japan.
