Prosecutors Seek 12 Years for Journalist Charged With Espionage
Prosecutors are seeking a 12-year prison sentence for a journalist accused of spying for China. Lin Chen-you was detained in January on charges of bribing former and current members of the armed forces into handing over military secrets which he allegedly passed to Chinese officials.
