Memorials Erected Around Taipei To Remember Knife Attack Victims
Memorials have been erected in Taipei to remember victims of last week's knife attack. Twenty-seven-year-old Chang Wen killed three people in the course of his rampage and died after falling from the top of a shopping mall while fleeing police.
