Su Hsin-jen’s mother was his biggest inspiration for his family business of traditional Indonesian food. His mother and aunt passionately worked together and came up with innovative culinary recipes, hoping that more and more Taiwanese would get familiar with Indonesian cuisine. The family has always turned every obstacle into an opportunity on their road to becoming a successful business.
