South Korea's Lee Pledges 'Full Restoration' of Ties With China
The leaders of South Korea and China have held their second meeting in months. South Korean President Lee Jae Myung says he wants to start a "new phase" in relations between the two countries, following a period of withdrawal during his predecessor's administration. Chinese President Xi Jinping urged Seoul to think of the countries' mutual interests in navigating tensions in the region.
