International Criminal Court Charges Duterte With Crimes Against Humanity

The International Criminal Court has charged former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte with crimes against humanity. The court linked Duterte to over 70 killings, carried out during his crackdown on drugs. The 80-year old's lawyers claim he is unfit to stand trail due to his health. He has been in custody in The Hague since March.
