President Lai Ching-te inspected drills on Sunday on the fifth day of the annual Han Kuang Exercise. In Taoyuan in northern Taiwan, Lai reviewed how military units are coordinating and concentrating their firepower as well as the aerial defenses protecting them.

Taiwan President Lai Ching-te inspected the fifth day of the Han Kuang military exercise on Sunday morning.

Lai traveled to Taoyuan in northern Taiwan to review how forces are coordinating and concentrating firepower in the area. He then visited an air defense position, where he inspected an Avenger missile unit tasked with protecting those forces from aerial threats.
