CDC Tracks Two-Case Measles Cluster in Northern Taiwan
Taiwan's health ministry is moving to contain a measles outbreak after a two-case cluster was discovered in the north of the country, bringing this year's total number of cases to 11. The Centers for Disease Control reported eight imported and three domestic infections. Authorities are now tracking 491 contact cases, while medical experts urge the public to secure vaccinations against the highly contagious disease.
