Taiex Sees Record Single-Day Point Gain As TSMC, Tech Shares Rally
Taiwan’s main stock index posted its biggest-ever single-day point gain, with the Taiex rising 1,780 points to close above 44,000. The rally was led by TSMC and other major tech shares.
