Paraguay President Tours Taiwan Science Park
Paraguay President Santiago Peña, accompanied by President Lai Ching-te, visited the Southern Taiwan Science Park in Tainan on the final day of his state trip to Taiwan. Peña said he aims to learn from Taiwan’s decades of technological development. Paraguay is one of Taiwan’s 12 formal diplomatic allies and its sole partner in South America.
