Taiwan’s navy goodwill fleet has arrived in Saint Lucia, making its first visit to the Caribbean nation. The stop is part of an annual training and diplomatic mission involving visits to Taiwan’s diplomatic allies in the Pacific and the Americas. The fleet made a three-day stop in Saint Kitts and Nevis last week.
