Taiwan Skips WTO Ministerial Meeting in Cameroon Over ‘Derogatory’ Label
Taiwan is protesting Cameroon for labeling the country as a province of China on visa documents issued for this year's World Trade Organization ministerial conference. It will not attend the meeting as a result, marking the first time it has missed the gathering since joining the organization in 2002.
