A group of cyclists from Japan and Taiwan are touring around the country. They're moving with purpose: to meet with locals and thank them for the disaster relief aid Taiwan sent in the wake of the earthquake and tsunami on March 11, 2011. The group stopped by Kaohsiung to mourn the victims on the anniversary of the event, and to celebrate Taiwan and Japan's friendship.
