Taiwan To Open New Hub for International NGOs in Taipei
At the annual NGO Leaders Forum in Taipei, Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung announced plans to open a center for international NGOs in the nation's capital. He says he hopes more of these groups can open offices in Taiwan and connect the country with the world.
