China-Born Japanese Lawmaker Plans Taiwan Visit
Japanese lawmaker and outspoken critic of the Chinese Communist Party Seki Hei said he plans to visit Taiwan in 2026. He posted on social media that he plans to meet with Taiwanese leaders to discuss Japan-Taiwan defense cooperation. Seki was sanctioned by China over his criticism of Beijing's stance on Taiwan.
