Compensation Ordered in Taiwan Deepfake Porn Video Case
A New Taipei court has ordered the makers of a series of deepfake pornographic videos to pay two women whose likenesses they used over US$32,000 each in compensation. A former YouTuber and his assistant are already serving prison terms for these crimes and others.
