International Chemistry Olympiad

Team Taiwan has placed third on the medal table at this year’s International Chemistry Olympiad, winning three golds and one silver.
The competition, held this year in Uzbekistan, pits teams of students from around the world against each other in a series of practical and theoretical challenges. Team Taiwan’s four-member squad will all receive scholarships from the Ministry of Education, plus recommendations to universities once they leave high school.
