Taiwan Defense Zone Incursion
Chinese military planes flew into the southwestern corner of Taiwan’s Air Defense Identification Zone on Sunday night. The Taiwan defense minister says that the incursion is part of a larger plan to wear down Taiwan’s defense forces, but that the country is able to respond. As security concerns mount over a possible conflict, neighboring countries like Japan are preparing for the worst. Our reporter Jaime Ocon gives us an update on the situation.
