Taiwan Races to Join Pacific Trade Pact
Taiwan has formally applied for admission to the CPTPP, one of the world’s largest trade partnerships. The move to enter the group comes shortly after China’s own bid for membership. Accession for Taiwan could see deeper economic integration with regional markets. Jamie Ocon reports.
