Mia and Natalie look back on their enchanting road trip around Taiwan. We'll join them as they recapture the Taiwanese flair of each unique stay, along with their experiences embracing local culture. Taiwan may be small but the island has so much to offer! The girls certainly shared a memorable vacation together. First an iconic stay at the Grand Hotel in Taipei. Followed by more traditional accommodations like The Luo Wu Academy in Hsinchu. There was even time for some glamping at the Zuo Military Village Inn in Kaohsiung. Taromak, the only indigenous settlement in Taitung, helped everyone to better understand the East Rukai and their way of life. Mia’s favorite had to be Zhuo Ye Cottage. A hidden paradise in Hakka Country full of fun activities like indigo tie-dye. Natalie will always remember casting pua̍h-pue moon blocks at the Tri-Academy of the Beigang Wude Temple. The protective energy and good fortune are sure to follow her home.
