Chinese American Man Sentenced to Four Years for Acting as PRC Agent
A Chinese American man has been sentenced to four years in prison for acting as an agent of the Chinese government. The man worked in California as a campaign advisor to a politician whom he helped get elected. He also surveilled then-Taiwan President Tsai Ying-wen during her 2023 California visit, reporting her movements to PRC officials.
