Venezuela's Maduro Says US-Venezuela Ties 'Broken' After Second Boat Strike

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has called US-Venezuela relations "broken" and says international law gives his country the right to respond to what he calls US aggression. His comment comes after the US military shot a missile at a Venezuelan speedboat on Monday, killing three people. US officials say the boat, as well as another one destroyed earlier this month, were piloted by narco-terrorists trying to enter the US.
